About us

Garnish & Co. is a New Zealand business based in Aotearoa. Trading address and GST number on every invoice.

Pricing & currency

All DTC prices are shown in NZD and include 15% GST. Wholesale prices are shown ex-GST in line with B2B convention.

Orders & payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy at the listed price. The contract forms when we accept your payment, usually instantly. If we can't fulfil an order (out of stock, shipping address we can't reach, suspected fraud) we'll refund you in full within 5 working days.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Card numbers never reach our systems.

Delivery

See our shipping & returns page for full details on rates and timing. Risk of loss passes to you at delivery.

Returns & refunds

Detailed in shipping & returns. Your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.

Product information

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. Natural variation in citrus colour and slice size is expected and not a defect.

Allergens

Our products are 100% citrus, no nuts, dairy, gluten, or eggs. They are produced in a home kitchen that is not certified allergen-free. If you have a serious allergy, contact us first.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders are subject to a separate written agreement. The terms on this page do not override that agreement.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by NZ law, our liability for any one order is limited to the value of that order. We don't accept liability for indirect losses (e.g. you don't like the way the orange wheel looked in your friend's negroni).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NZ courts.
