Where we ship
New Zealand only, for now. We're not shipping internationally while we're getting set up. Keeping ops simple gets the first thousand jars out the door.

How long it takes
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of you placing them. NZ Post typically takes:
- 1-2 working days to main centres
- 2-4 working days to most other addresses
- 3-6 working days to rural
You'll get a tracking link the moment your jars leave our kitchen.
What happens if a jar arrives broken
We ship in padded mailers built for jars, but breakage happens. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo at hello@garnishandco.nz within 7 days and we'll replace it free.
Returns on opened product
Food products that have been opened can't be returned for hygiene reasons, that's standard under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, and the same rule applies if you buy salt or olive oil. If you're unsure whether you'll like a flavour, the starter kit exists to take the gamble out.
Unopened, unused returns
Changed your mind on an unopened jar? You have 14 days from delivery to return it. Email us first so we know it's coming. Return shipping is on you; once we receive it in saleable condition, we'll refund the product price.
